Recently, my classmates and I went for a school trip to Ocean Park. There were many amusement facilities there and all of us thought that Ocean Park was a brilliant attraction in Hong Kong. The most interesting were the animals, such as pandas, gold fish and dolphins. For me, I loved the dolphins the best because they were very cute, especially when they were jumping out from the water. I could never forget the show at the Ocean Theatre! Apart form the animals; there were a lot of amusement facilities. We rode on the cable cars and admired the view. Also, we rode on the roller-coaster. Many of us were scared that we screamed and screamed. However, all of us agreed that it was amazing! We really wanted to play all the amusement facilities but the time was too short! We couldn’t were go to the famous Headland Rides. It was really a pity! We played and played until 3 o’clock because we were too hungry. We had our late lunch in Middle Kingdom. The meal was eaten hastily because we all wanted to have more time to play. To my surprise, after the meal, we were all too full to play more exciting games. We could only walk about in the park. We went to the Souvenir Shop. We all wanted to buy souvenirs to keep for old times’ sake but the things were highly expensive. Thus, we decided not to buy anything. Only Miss Wong bought many panda photo frames. Finally, it was time to go home. Sadly, we left Ocean Park. We were all disappointed but the something cheered us up. Guess what? Miss Wong gave us the panda photo frames! In any case, we enjoyed ourselves very much. We also learnt that if one goes to any attractions, he must bring enough money to buy souvenirs! |

Ocean Park was very big and there were many games to play and see. First, we went to see the pandas. The pandas were very cute and lovely. Miss Wong said that we were very lucky because the pandas didn’t sleep. Oh! They ate a lot of things so they were very fat. Then, we went to the Ocean Park Tower. It was very exciting. When we were playing, the Ocean Park Tower we shouted very loudly because we were very afraid. After that, we went to Atoll Reef. Wow! Atoll Reef was very dark so I was very afraid. But, I saw some light then, and I saw many beautiful things. What are the beautiful things? They were fish, sea stars and shells. Then I heard someone was shouting. I followed the noise and I saw Ocean Theatre. There were some animals but I couldn’t see them. So I walked in front of the seats. Oh! I could see some sealions were playing with the sealion’s trainer. Then the sealion’s trainer shouted. My friend May asked me, ’Why is he shouting? Is he crazy?’ After that I saw some dolphins were coming out. They played with the trainer and the dolphin jumped up and touched the ball. Everyone clapped. Then the trainer gave the dolphin some fish because it could touch the ball. Next, we went with the cable car to go to the other side of the park. We went to Gold Fish Pagoda. I thought the gold fish were very cute. Their eyes were very big. Their body was orange. I thought, ‘They swam very fast maybe they saw some other people so they were afraid.’ Then, we went with the cable car to go back to the other side of the park. We went to the Souvenir Shop to buy something special. I bought a shirt and my friend May bought a pen. My shirt was very beautiful. It was green and there was a panda on it. May’s pen was beautiful too. At last we went back to school by the school bus. I loved Ocean Park very much because it was big and the games were exciting. I hope my mum and dad will bring me to Ocean Park in next summer holiday.

Today is a wonderful day! When I woke up this morning, my parents were telling me that we would have a one-day tour. I was surprise about this. It was the first time that I went to a one-day tour. Mum suggested going to Snoopy World. Dad suggested going to Hong Kong Park. I suggested going to the WaterFront Park. At last, my presents all agreed of me, go to the Waterfront Park for the one-day tour. After we arrived to WaterFront Park, we had a rap first and we walked to the Butterfly Garden. There were a lot of different butterflies, all of them were beautiful. We stayed there for twenty minutes, them we left. After that we went to the Garden. Inside there had many different kinds of insects, bees, bugs. It was interesting. In the afternoon, we had a picnic on the green grass, it was comfortable, the fresh air was blowing to me and we started to have our lunch. ‘Yummy!’ I said when I finished my lunch. At four o’clock, we went to the tower, I raced with my father that if who ran to the top of the tower, who win. At last, I won. We looked at the view and braving fresh air. Then, we went lack down. We were tired when we went home. I took a bath and had my dinner. Today is a wonderful day! |
